Why these are hard to find

Black was not offered as a standard interior colour across the VT–VZ range — those cars came in cream, grey and shale. These are factory black handles sourced from a black-interior model and are a direct fit to the VT–VZ mounting points.

That makes a matched set of four genuine black handles difficult to source. If you are converting a cream, grey or shale interior across to black, these let you do it with factory GM parts rather than painted, dyed or aftermarket copies — no flaking, no colour mismatch, no reproduction feel.
